Demand ICE Close the Cases of Raided Asheville Restaurant Workers

“Queremos que todo el mundo sepa lo que nos esta pasando | We want the whole world to know what is happening to us” — family member of detained worker

[Para español] In November, 2011, ICE arrested 12 of us  in a terrifying raid at the Shogun Buffet in Asheville, North Carolina. Two workers have been deported.  Ten have been released on bond and face deportation.  Alongside our families and supportive community, we are organizing to resist the unjust & harsh enforcement policies that have devastated not just our lives but families and communities across the country.

We need your support to stop our deportations and keep us in the place we call home.

“They took me away for working. To me, its an honor to be a worker. I hold my head high… We want the President to keep his promise, to drop our charges. Out of this something good must come…”

Tell ICE we belong home with our families not in deportation proceedings.
